HOW IT WORKS

The modular system, consisting of four pump-five skid assemblies, offers unparalleled flexibility. Easily configured to accommodate any arrangement or number of pumps, this system features a single 7-inch high-pressure line, delivering high-capacity performance up to 15,000 psi.

To enhance reliability, our system features dual low-pressure line systems, offering redundancy during operations with a split-stream process. This innovative approach effectively separates sand-laden fluids from clean fluids, allowing for independent pumping. Careful consideration has been given to the system's design, with instrumentation and the suction manifold thoughtfully housed on separate skids.

Fully compliant with API 6A standards, the missile's laterals establish highly reliable connections, minimizing the risk of fluid leaks, washouts and NPT. This design not only ensures continuous and safer operations but also maximizes pump time per day. Experience efficiency and safety seamlessly integrated into our missile systems.

WHAT IT REPLACES

Conventional multiron frac missiles are assembled from multiple iron strings interconnected with numerous high-pressure lines. They typically use a wide variety of non-API union types, such as hammer union and third-party proprietary designs. However, these traditional unions are inherently failure prone. Their failure releases the pressurized liquid, posing environmental concerns and high risk to field personnel and equipment. Leaks also interrupt frac operations, resulting in NPT.

This is why at FLX, we recommend utilizing DC-15 Connections.
